Hunger doesn’t take a Summer Break!


The Meet Up and Eat Up Summer Food Service Program is a great option for parents who are concerned about feeding their children now that school meals are no longer available.


Children need good nutrition during the summer months so they can return in the fall nourished and ready to learn.


This program is available for anyone 18 years and under. 

No paperwork is required and it is open to children from any school district.


Summer Meals will be available at the following locations:


Presidential Estates

5075 Presidential Lane

Hudsonville, MI 49426

June 17 – August 1  (Closed July 3 and 4)

Lunch Service: 12:30pm – 1:30pm


Bursley Elementary

1195 Port Sheldon

Jenison, MI 49428

June 17 – August 1  (Closed July 3 and 4)

Lunch Service: 12:00pm – 1:00pm

Additionally there are many local farmers markets that will accept food assistance to help in the purchase of fresh fruits and vegetables.  Look for the Meet Up/Eat Up information at the market.
